Ready-to-use size for kebabs, roast meats, tournedos, paupiettes…
Thickness : 2.5mm (+/- 0.5mm).

Conditioning :
In boxes of 5, 10 or 20kg over wrapped with a polyethylene cover.
Vacuum-packed in sachets of 3 or 5kg conditioned in boxes of 20kg.

Applications :
For processing, meat and poultry carving industries : kebabs, roast meats, tournedos, paupiettes.
Fishing products : roasts, paupiettes.
