Applications :
Many recipes to serve with fish (ex: beurre blanc, Hollandaise, lemon butter sauces...), meat (ex: 3 peppers, grand veneur sauces...), pasta (ex: Provencal, carbonara sauces, ethnic sauces...).

Conservation :
3 days in the freezer compartment, several months in the freezer at -18°C.

Cooking tips :
Pan heating : place the number of pellets desired in your pan. Heat slowly a few minutes, stirring frequently.
Microwave heating : place the number of portions needed in an adapted container. Heat it up from 4 to 8 minutes, according to the quantity.
