Applications :
Many recipes to serve with fish (beurre blanc, Hollandaise, lemon butter, lobster with Cognac sauces, flavoured cooking juice of mussels...), meat (ex: Roquefort, pepper, marchand de vin, Bearnaise sauces...) pasta (ex: Bolognese, carbonara sauces, ethnic sauces...).
Conservation :
42 to 60 days in the fridge, several months
in the freezer at -18°C.
Cooking Tip :
Bain-marie heating :
Plunge the sachet into simmering water for 15 minutes and shake before use.
Microwave heating :
Pierce the top of your sachet
and heat it up for 10 minutes.
