Characteristics :
Many recipes to stuff shellfish, seafood (ex: garlic and parsley butter...), to serve with meat or fish to grill (ex: Maître d'hôtel butter...), to enhance brightness and to season vegetables, rice (ex: garlic and parsley butter, exotic butters (curry, Mexican...)).
Conservation :
24 hours in the fridge, 3 days in the freezer compartment, several months in the freezer at -18°C.
Cooking tip : When you finish cooking, place one or two slices on your meat, poultry or fish and serve! |
