At our customers’ service for more than 30 years, we have proved our expertise through
the development of wide and adapted ranges of ingredients.
We originally produced natural pork bards, then retextured products, sauces and flavoured
butters and more recently functional proteins.

 

 

 

 

From 1976 to today, our history has been punctuated with innovations in technology, food safety and quality.
 

  • 1976 Founding of CAP Diana in the natural bard business
     
  • 1988 Launch of “Lardécor” (retextured bard), followed by “Végédécor”, “Primdécor” and “Pulpedécor” (retextured fruits and vegetables)
     
  • 1992 Creation of a second industrial plant, awarded by the Acanthe trophy (safety management)
     
  • 1997 Start of the sauce activity
     
  • 2003 British Retail Consortium (BRC), Higher Level Certificate
     
  • 2006 Launch of the range of functional meat proteins and building of a dedicated plant
     
  • 2008 Launch of the range of sweet products, tailor-made sauces, garnishes and preparations for desserts
     
  • 2010 International Food Standard (IFS) Higher Level Certificate and British Retail Consortium (BRC) Grade A Certificate
